Born from a personal calling
Morning Glory Care was founded with a simple but powerful belief: that high-quality, compassionate care should be available to everyone in our community. Having seen first-hand how transformative the right support can be, our founders set out to build a care service that treats every client as an individual — not a task on a rota.
We are proudly local. Our team lives and works in Leicester and Leicestershire, and we understand the communities we serve. That local knowledge, combined with a genuine passion for making a difference, is what sets us apart.
From our very first client, we have been guided by one question: would we be happy for our own family to receive this care? That standard shapes everything we do — from how we recruit and train our carers, to how we communicate with families and plan each person's support.
